1 AN ACT to amend the School Code by changing Section
2 18-4.5.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The School Code is amended by changing
6 Section 18-4.5 as follows:
7 (105 ILCS 5/18-4.5)
8 Sec. 18-4.5. Home and hospital grants. Except for those
9 children qualifying under Article 14, school districts shall
10 be eligible to receive reimbursement for all children
11 requiring home or hospital instruction at not more than
12 $1,000 annually per child or $8,000 per teacher, whichever is
13 less.
