1 AN ACT to amend the Wildlife Code by changing Section
2 1.2a.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by changing
6 Section 1.2a as follows:
7 (520 ILCS 5/1.2a) (from Ch. 61, par. 1.2a)
8 Sec. 1.2a. Administrative rule. "Administrative rule"
9 means an administrative rule of the Department issued under
10 Section 1.3 of this Act.
