1 AN ACT in relation to economic development.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
5 amended by changing Section 46.4 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 605/46.4) (from Ch. 127, par. 46.4)
7 Sec. 46.4. Encourage new industries. To encourage new
8 industrial enterprises to locate in Illinois, by educational
9 promotions pointing out the opportunities of the State as a
10 commercial and industrial field of opportunity, and by
11 solicitation of industrial enterprises and to encourage new
12 enterprises to use equipment that utilizes Illinois coal.
