1 AN ACT regarding economic development.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
5 amended by changing Section 46.2 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 605/46.2) (from Ch. 127, par. 46.2)
7 Sec. 46.2 Formulate plans for economic development. To
8 formulate plans for the economic development of the State of
9 Illinois.
