1 AN ACT to amend the Emergency Telephone System Act by
2 changing Section 10.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Emergency Telephone System Act is amended
6 by changing Section 10 as follows:
7 (50 ILCS 750/10) (from Ch. 134, par. 40)
8 Sec. 10. Standards. Technical and operational standards
9 for the development of the local agency systems shall be
10 established and reviewed by the Commission on or before
11 December 31, 1979, after consultation with all agencies
12 specified in Section 9.
