1 AN ACT making appropriations to Mercer County.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $170,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Captial Development Board for a grant to
7 Mercer County for the purpose of rebuilding a swine barn.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
9 July 1, 1999.
