 1        AN ACT concerning fireworks.

 2        Be it enacted by the People of  the  State  of  Illinois,
 3    represented in the General Assembly:

 4        Section   5.  The Fireworks Regulation Act of Illinois is
 5    amended by changing Section 25 as follows:

 6        (425 ILCS 30/25) (from Ch. 127 1/2, par. 125)
 7        Sec. 25.  Violations. Whoever fails  to  comply  with  or
 8    violates  any of the provisions of the Act is shall be guilty
 9    of a petty offense,  and  whoever,  after  receiving  written
10    notice  from  the  Office,  or its authorized representative,
11    directing compliance with specified  provisions  of  the  Act
12    fails  to  comply with the provisions of the Act specified in
13    the said notice, is shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.
