1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 658
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 658, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to the page and line numbers of Senate
4 Amendment No. 1, on page 2, by replacing lines 16 through 18
5 with the following:
6 "equipment, with or without an operator, to the owner of a
7 parcel of land or a structure for use in the process of
8 construction about the land or structure where the
9 improvement is for other than a single or multi-family
10 residence of less than 10 residences under a common roof, is
11 known under this Act as a"; and
12 on page 2, line 28, after "leased", by inserting the
13 following:
14 "and used in the process of construction about the land or
15 structure where the improvement is for other than a single or
16 multi-family residence of less than 10 residences under a
17 common roof"; and
18 on page 3, line 11, after "operator,", by inserting the
19 following:
20 "for use in the process of construction about the land or
21 structure where the improvement is for other than a single or
22 multi-family residence of less than 10 residences under a
23 common roof,".
