1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 649
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 649, on page 1,
3 line 18, by deleting "with"; and
4 on page 1, by replacing lines 19 and 20 with the following:
5 "an affidavit with the court containing sufficient
6 information to ascertain the assets and liabilities of that
7 defendant. If the court determines the defendant to be
8 indigent, the defendant is not required to contribute to the
9 interpreter expense."; and
10 on page 1, line 21, by deleting "services.".
