1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois
2 by changing Section 6.01a.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
6 amended by changing Section 6.01a as follows:
7 (20 ILCS 5/6.01a) (from Ch. 127, par. 6.01a)
8 Sec. 6.01a. In the Department of Agriculture and in
9 cooperation with the Department of Commerce and Community
10 Affairs.
11 An Agricultural Export Advisory Committee composed of 2
12 members of the House of Representatives, to be appointed by
13 the Speaker of the House of Representatives thereof; 2
14 members of the Senate, to be appointed by the President of
15 the Senate; the Director of Agriculture, who shall serve as
16 Secretary of the Committee; and not more than 15 members to
17 be appointed by the Governor. The members of the committee
18 shall receive no compensation, but shall be reimbursed for
19 expenses necessarily incurred in the performance of their
20 duties under this Act.
