2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 538 on page 9, by
3 replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:
4 "(jj) Information identifying individuals or
5 groups, which information is requested to further a
6 commercial enterprise or purpose by soliciting the
7 individuals or groups identified in the requested
8 information to procure the sale of goods or services.".
