1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 527
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 527 on page 3 by
3 inserting immediately below line 21 the following:
4 "(j) No person operating a terminal in this State may
5 impose a fee upon a consumer for usage of the terminal if the
6 consumer is using a Link Card or other access device issued
7 by a government agency for use in obtaining financial aid
8 under the Illinois Public Aid Code.".
