91_HB0524enr HB0524 Enrolled LRB9102504LDmb 1 AN ACT to amend the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois 2 by adding Section 60p. 3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 4 represented in the General Assembly: 5 Section 5. The Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is 6 amended by adding Section 60p as follows: 7 (20 ILCS 2105/60p new) 8 Sec. 60p. License forms; notification of abuse. 9 Beginning January 1, 2000, each license or permit application 10 or renewal form the Department provides to a person who is 11 required by law to report child abuse or elder abuse must 12 include a notification that the applicant or licensee is 13 required by law to report that abuse and must include 14 telephone numbers the licensee may call to report the abuse.
