1 AN ACT to amend the Illinois Public Aid Code by repealing
2 Article 5E.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 (305 ILCS 5/Art. 5E rep.)
6 Section 5. The Illinois Public Aid Code is amended by
7 repealing Article 5E.
8 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
9 becoming law.
