1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Environmental
2 Protection Agency.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The following named sums, or so much thereof
6 as may be necessary, respectively, are appropriated from the
7 General Revenue Fund to the Environmental Protection Agency
8 for use in accordance with Section 22.47 of the Environmental
9 Protection Act:
10 For Personal Service........................ $111,300
11 For Employees Retirement
12 Contributions Paid By Employer............. 4,450
13 For State Contributions to State
14 Employees' Retirement System............... 5,550
15 For State Contributions to Social Security.. 8,500
16 For Group Insurance......................... 15,050
17 For Contractual Services.................... 350,000
18 For Travel.................................. 4,000
19 For Commodities............................. 500
20 For Printing................................ 500
21 For Equipment............................... 500
22 For Telecommunication Services.............. 1,200
23 For Operation of Automotive Equipment....... 2,000
24 Total........................................... 503,550
25 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
26 1, 1999.
