1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1,200,000, or so much thereof as
5 may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue
6 Fund to the Department of Transportation for a grant to the
7 City of Olney for all costs associated with the acquisition,
8 development, and construction of road improvements in
9 connection with the construction of a new elementary school
10 building in Olney.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 July 1, 1999.
