1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 421
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 421 on page 4, by
3 replacing lines 1 through 6 with the following:
4 "particular case. The final order, to the extent possible in
5 each case, in all cases shall state the support level in
6 dollar amounts. However, if the court finds that the child
7 support amount cannot be expressed exclusively as a dollar
8 amount because all or a portion of the payor's net income is
9 uncertain as to source, time of payment, or amount, the court
10 may order a percentage amount of support either in addition
11 to or in lieu of a dollar amount and enter such other orders
12 as may be necessary to collect the applicable support as
13 determined under this Act on a timely basis.".
