1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of
2 Transportation.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $50,000,000, or so much of that
6 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Road
7 Fund to the Department of Transportation for needed road
8 resurfacing and repairs as a result of weather conditions.
9 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
10 becoming law.
