1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 403
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 403 on page 3, line
3 5, by replacing "24" with "27"; and
4 on page 3 by inserting below line 32 the following:
5 "(xxv) State's Attorneys' Appellate Prosecutor.
6 (xxvi) Office of State Appellate Defender.
7 (xxvii) Illinois Association of Police Chiefs.
8 The Commission may, by an affirmative vote of the
9 majority of the appointed members, add additional advisors.".
