1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 390
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 390 on page 2, by
3 inserting immediately below line 6 the following:
4 "(c) For the purposes of the Property Tax Extension
5 Limitation Law, the amount of the extension abatement shall
6 continue to be included in the park district's aggregate
7 extension base.".
