1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 377
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 377, on page 2,
3 line 19, after the period, by inserting the following:
4 "The court may not order payment by the Illinois Department
5 of Public Aid in cases in which the Department is providing
6 child and spouse support services under Article X of the
7 Illinois Public Aid Code."; and
8 on page 4, line 19, after the period, by inserting the
9 following:
10 "The court may not order payment by the Illinois Department
11 of Public Aid in cases in which the Department is providing
12 child and spouse support services under Article X of the
13 Illinois Public Aid Code.".
