1 AN ACT making appropriations to the Department of Natural
2 Resources.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The sum of $350,000, or so much thereof as may
6 be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund
7 to the Department of Natural Resources for the City of
8 Effingham to develop and construct recreational and athletic
9 facilities between Route 40 and Henrietta Street.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1999.
