 1                     AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 245

 2        AMENDMENT NO.     .  Amend House Bill 245 on page 2, line
 3    4, by replacing "contestants" with "promoters, contestants,";
 4    and

 5    on page 2, lines 23 and 24, by replacing ""second corner man"
 6    or "coach"" with ""second", "corner man", or "coach""; and

 7    on page 3, lines 1, 4, and 7, by replacing "match" each  time
 8    it appears with "contest"; and

 9    on  page  4,  line 12, after "Chairperson", by inserting "and
10    one member shall be designated as the Vice-chairperson"; and

11    on page 8, line 29, by replacing "an athletic event" with  "a
12    boxing contest"; and

13    on  page  9,  immediately  below  line  22,  by inserting the
14    following:
15        "Persons involved with wrestling exhibitions shall supply
16    the Department with their name,  address,  telephone  number,
17    and  social security number and shall meet other requirements
18    as established by rule."; and

19    on  page  9,  line  29,  after  "promoter,",   by   inserting
20    "professional boxer,"; and

 2    "licensure"; and

 3    on  page  16,  line  29,  by replacing "permit" with "permit,
 4    registration,"; and

 7    on  page  17,  line  8,  by  replacing  "match" with "contest
 8    match"; and

 9    on page 17, line 33, by replacing  "permit"  with  "permit,";
10    and

11    on  page  20,  line  32,  after  "license",  by inserting "or
12    registration"; and

13    on page 21, line 1, by replacing "a license" with "a  license
14    or registration"; and

15    on  page  21,  line 1, by replacing "the  licensee" with "the
16    licensee or registrant"; and

17    on page 21, lines 2, 4, and 6, by  replacing  "license"  each
18    time it appears with "license or registration"; and

19    on page 21, line 3, by replacing "licensee" with "licensee or
20    registrant"; and

21    on page 22, lines 15, 25, and 27, by replacing "license" each
22    time it appears with "license or registration"; and

23    on  page  23, line 3, by replacing "license" with "license or

26    registration,"; and

27    on page 24, line  10,  by  replacing  "a  licensee"  with  "a
