2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 143 on page 13, by
3 replacing lines 4 through 8 with the following:
4 "Sec. 5-16.7a. Reimbursement for epidural anesthesia
5 services. The Department shall provide reimbursement to
6 medical providers for epidural anesthesia services when
7 ordered by the attending practitioner at the time of
8 delivery.".
