 1        AN ACT to  amend  the  Advisory  Commission  on  Internet
 2    Privacy Act by changing Sections 15 and 90.

 3        Be  it  enacted  by  the People of the State of Illinois,
 4    represented in the General Assembly:

 5        Section 5.  The Advisory Commission on  Internet  Privacy
 6    Act is amended by changing Sections 15 and 90 as follows:

 7        (20 ILCS 3902/15)
 8        (Section scheduled to be repealed July 1, 1999)
 9        Sec.  15.  Final  report.   The  Advisory Commission must
10    submit a  final  report  to  the  Governor  and  the  General
11    Assembly on or before January 1, 2000 1999.

15        Sec.  90.   Repeal.  This Act is repealed on July 1, 2000
