1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $2,000,000, or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General
6 Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services to fund the
7 compulsive gambling treatment program established under
8 Section 5-20 of the Alcoholism and Other Drug Abuse and
9 Dependency Act.
10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
11 1, 1999.
