1 AN ACT to amend the Toll Highway Act by changing Section
2 27.1.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing
6 Section 27.1 as follows:
7 (605 ILCS 10/27.1) (from Ch. 121, par. 100-27.1)
8 Sec. 27.1. Any person who shall use any spurious or
9 counterfeit tickets, coupons or tokens in payment of any toll
10 required to be paid by the Authority under the provisions of
11 this Act, or who shall attempt to use the highway without
12 payment of the tolls prescribed by the Authority, shall be
13 deemed guilty of a petty offense and shall be fined not less
14 than $5 nor more than $100 for each such offense. Each day
15 any toll highway is used by any person in violation of this
16 Act shall constitute a separate offense.
