2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 69 as follows:
3 by replacing the title with the following:
4 "AN ACT to create the Privacy Protection Act."; and
5 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
6 following:
7 "Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the
8 Privacy Protection Act.".
