1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 63
2 AMENDMENT NO. . Amend House Bill 63 as follows:
3 on page 1, line 10, by replacing "authorities" with "owners";
4 and
5 on page 1, line 17, by replacing "Revolving Fund" with
6 "Program"; and
7 on page 1, by deleting line 19; and
8 on page 1, line 20, by replacing "and DuPage," with "owners";
9 and
10 on page 1, line 22, after "needs", by inserting the
11 following:
12 ", subject to the following conditions:
13 (1) loans may be made only to public airport owners
14 that are operating an airport as of January 1, 1999; and
15 (2) loans may not be made for airports that provide
16 scheduled commercial air service in counties of greater
17 than 5,000,000 population"; and
18 on page 2, line 6, after "Reserve", by inserting "Board"; and
19 on page 3, immediately below line 17, by inserting the
20 following:
21 "(c) The Department may promulgate any rules that it

1 finds appropriate to implement this Airport Land Loan
2 Program."; and
3 on page 3, line 18, by replacing "(c)" with "(d)".
