TITLE INS FEDERAL RULES                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  Title  Insurance  Act.  Provides  that   in   making      
   decisions,  the  Director  of  Financial Institutions may, rather than      
   shall, rely upon federal regulations and opinion  letters.   Effective      
   immediately.
