Provides that the Agency shall have the authority to administer a Brownfields revolving loan program using grant money awarded by the United States Environmental Protection Agency. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Deletes reference to: 415 ILCS 5/58.13 Adds reference to: 35 ILCS 5/201 from Ch. 120, par. 2-201 415 ILCS 5/58.14 Deletes everything. Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act and the Environmental Protection Act. Increases the Environmental Remediation Tax Credit for unreimbursed eligible remediation costs for certain sites located in an enterprise zone. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Adds reference to: 35 ILCS 105/12 from Ch. 120, par. 439.12 35 ILCS 110/12 from Ch. 120, par. 439.42 35 ILCS 115/12 from Ch. 120, par. 439.112 35 ILCS 120/1o new Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Exempts jet fuel and petroleum products used and consumed by aircraft support centers that meet certain requirements from the tax imposed by the Act. Requires the business operating the aircraft support center to obtain a certificate of eligibility for the exemptions from the Department of Commerce and Community Affairs. Requires the support center to repay exempted taxes to the Department of Revenue if the facility fails to meet certain requirements. Requires the business to present the certificate to its supplier when purchasing items exempted by these provisions. Exempts these provisions from the Act's sunset requirements. Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, and the Service Occupation Tax Act to provide that the exemptions for jet fuel and petroleum products used and consumed by aircraft support centers shall apply if not inconsistent with the provisions of these Acts.
