MEDICAL RECORDS-COPYING COST                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Creates the Medical Records Copying Cost Act.   Creates  a  short      
   title  and  a Medical Records Copying Cost Committee to study the cost      
   of making copies of medical records. Provides that the committee shall      
   be composed of representatives from the medical records copy industry,      
   business people,  health  care  providers,  attorneys, and  consumers.      
   Effective immediately.
