ELEC CD-PRECINCT REGISTER LIST                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election Code.  Permits a county clerk to charge  each      
   person,  except  the  political party chairman, a fee to reimburse the      
   actual cost of copying a precinct registration list.                        
          FISCAL NOTE (State Bd. of Elections)                                 
          HB2815 would have minimal fiscal impact.
