POWER OF ATTY-ANATOMICAL GIFT                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Powers of Attorney for  Health  Care  Law  within  the      
   Power  of Attorney Act.  On the statutory short form power of attorney      
   for health  care,  replaces  language  authorizing  agent  to  make  a      
   disposition  of  all  or  any part of the principal's body for medical      
   purposes with a specific authorization to make an anatomical  gift  of      
   any organ, the principal's entire body, or specified organs.
