CRIM CD-AGG CRIM SEX ABUSE                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal Code of 1961.  Increases from a Class 2 to  a      
   Class  1 felony, the penalty for aggravated criminal sexual abuse when      
   the defendant was at least  21  years  of  age  at  the  time  of  the      
   commission  of  the offense, the victim became pregnant as a result of      
   the violation, the defendant was at  least  5  years  older  than  the      
   victim, and the victim was at least 13 years of age but under 17 years      
   of age.
