COURT CLERKS-WAITING ROOMS                                                 

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Clerks of Courts Act.  Provides  that  the  provisions      
   relating to children's waiting rooms apply in counties under 3,000,000      
   in  population  (now the provisions apply in counties over 500,000 and      
   under 3,000,000).
