PEN CD-IMRF-EARLY RETIREMENT                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Municipal  Retirement  Fund  Article  of  the      
   Pension  Code  to  make  the  early  retirement  program  available to      
   employees of municipalities.  Effective immediately.                        
          PENSION NOTE                                                         
          Fiscal impact cannot be determine due to the unknown number of       
          participants.
