VEH CD-SUSPEND LICENSE-STUDENT                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to authorize  the  Secretary  of      
   State  to  suspend  the driving privileges of a school student who has      
   violated a weapons or violence-related law in  school  for  6  months,      
   with   the  regional  superintendent  of  schools  certifying  to  the      
   Secretary of State that the student violated one of these laws.
