Deletes provision that in order for an organization to petition for temporary possession of property it has to have been tax delinquent for the proceeding 2 years. STATE MANDATES FISCAL NOTE In the opinion of DCCA, HB1234 fails to create a State mandate under the State Mandates Act. HOME RULE NOTE HB1234 does not preempt home rule authority.
