Deletes language providing that the implementation of respite projects is contingent upon the availability of federal financial participation. FISCAL NOTE (Dpt. on Aging) Estimated cost to provide 1000 clients respite care 2 weeks per year would be $3.6 million. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.
