PLUMBING LIC-INSPECTOR STDS                                                

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Plumbing License Law to allow the  Department      
   of  Public Health  to establish by rule voluntary standards                 
   for local plumbing regulatory and inspection programs  and  education,      
   training,  and experience standards for plumbing inspectors. Effective      
   immediately.
