SCH CD-STANDARD TRANSFER FORM                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the School Code.  Requires private or nonpublic elementary      
   and secondary schools located in Illinois to provide to any  of  their      
   students  who  are  transferring to any public school in the State the      
   standard one page form developed by the State Board of  Education  and      
   already  provided by a public school to students who are moving out of      
   the school district.
