CRIMINAL JUSTICE-GANG CENSUS                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act  to  require      
   the  Illinois  Criminal  Justice  Information  Authority to publish an      
   Illinois gang census by locality.  Amends the Statewide Organized Gang      
   Database Act to require the Department of State  Police  to  cooperate      
   with the Criminal Justice Information Authority in compiling gang data      
   from SWORD.
