MORROW. 20 ILCS 2620/7 from Ch. 127, par. 55j Amends the Narcotic Control Division Abolition Act. Provides that accounts maintained for the purchase of controlled substances and cannabis for evidence shall be subject to review by audits of the Auditor General. Effective immediately. JUDICIAL NOTE The bill would not either decrease or increase the need for the number of judges in the state.
