(WALSH,T) 5 ILCS 120/2 from Ch. 102, par. 42 210 ILCS 50/3.45 210 ILCS 50/3.110 Amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act and the Open Meetings Act to provide that deliberations for decisions, and not meetings, of the State Emergency Medical Services Disciplinary Review Board are exempt from the requirements of the Open Meetings Act. Further amends the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Systems Act to provide that information relating to the Board or a local review board, except final decisions, shall be inadmissible and nondiscoverable. Further amends the Open Meetings Act to allow a public body to hold a closed meeting to consider the operation by a municipality of a municipal utility or the operation of a municipal power agency or municipal natural gas agency when the discussion involves (i) contracts relating to the purchase, sale, or delivery of electricity or natural gas or (ii) the results or conclusions of load forecast studies.
