Provides that each probation officer, before entering upon his or her duties must take an oath to support the United States Constitution and Illinois Constitution before the Chief Circuit Judge of his or her county (now the oath must be taken before the county clerk). The Probation and Probation Officers Act is 6 amended by changing Section 10 as follows: 7 (730 ILCS 110/10) (from Ch. 38, par. 204-2) 8 Sec. 10.
