Appropriates $1 to the Department of Natural Resources to
study the feasibility of a user fee system as a permanent
funding source for Department operations. Effective July 1,

1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 1. The sum of $1 is appropriated to the
5 Department of Natural Resources to study the feasibility of a
6 user fee system as a permanent funding source for the
7 Department's operations.
8 Section 5. This Act takes effect July 1, 1998.
