Makes an appropriation of $50,000 to the Department of
Transportation for engineering and construction costs for
installation of traffic signals and related modifications and
improvements at the intersection of U.S. Route 45/52 and
Indian Oaks Road/County Highway 8 in Kankakee County,
Illinois. Effective July 1, 1998.

1 AN ACT making appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The amount of $50,000 or so much of that
5 amount as may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department
6 of Transportation for engineering and construction costs for
7 installation of traffic signals and related modifications and
8 improvements at the intersection of U.S. Route 45/52 and
9 Indian Oaks Road/County Highway 8 in Kankakee County,
10 Illinois.
11 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect on
12 July 1, 1998.
