Appropriates $1,750,000 to the Illinois Student
Assistance Commission as a loan from the General Revenue Fund
for deposit into the Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund for ordinary
and contingent expenses incurred by the Commission in
administering the Illinois prepaid tuition program.
Effective immediately.

1 AN ACT regarding appropriations.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The sum of $1,750,000 is appropriated to the
5 Illinois Student Assistance Commission as a loan from the
6 General Revenue Fund (as provided in subsection (d) of
7 Section 35 of the Illinois Prepaid Tuition Act) for deposit
8 into the Prepaid Tuition Trust Fund for ordinary and
9 contingent expenses incurred by the Illinois Student
10 Assistance Commission in administering the Illinois prepaid
11 tuition program.
12 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
13 becoming law.
