Appropriates $250,000 to the Department of Human Services
for a grant to the Neighborhood House Association in Peoria
for capital improvements. Effective July 1, 1997.

1 AN ACT making an appropriation to the Department of Human
2 Services.
3 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
4 represented in the General Assembly:
5 Section 5. The amount of $250,000, or so much thereof as
6 may be necessary, is appropriated to the Department of Human
7 Services for the purpose of making a grant to the
8 Neighborhood House Association of Peoria for capital
9 improvements including construction, reconstruction,
10 remodeling, improvements, repairs, and installation of
11 capital facilities associated with the expansion and
12 improvement of health and social services delivery.
13 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July
14 1, 1997.
